Return Policy
Remedy Products LLC will authorize a refund (less handling fees) on any purchase upon request made to the company in writing within thirty (30) days of said purchase and provided items are returned with an approved Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and in resalable condition to Remedy Products LLC. Products must be unopened to qualify for return. Additionally, products cannot be damaged and safety seals cannot be removed. Products that are qualified and eligible for return will be refunded their cost less a 20% restocking fee minus all shipping and handling charges associated with the order. Customers must obtain an RMA number by contacting customersupport@
Damaged Products/Shipments
In the event a customer receives a damaged product or product in less than commercially reasonable condition via the mail, said customer must contact Remedy Products LLC in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery of said damaged product. Upon receipt of this notification and “Approved Review” of circumstances, Remedy Products LLC will replace any damaged product at no cost to the customer. After seven (7) calendar days, products will no longer qualify for replacement. “Approved Review” requires that said customer email photos of damaged product to customersupport@myremedyproducts.com. Remedy Products LLC reserves the right to accept or refuse the validity of damaged product photos. Remedy Products LLC also reserves the right to require any damaged products be returned to the company with an approved Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any damaged products returned to Remedy Products LLC without and RMA number will be refused. The responsibility to act in the time frame described herein as a result of any unsatisfactory product delivery resides 100% with the customer.
